List races at Kempton

Kempton, Saturday 1 April: The all-weather track at Kempton offers interesting sport today with seven races and the Magnolia Stakes (2nd race/15.05pm/50,000 pounds/2011m) taking centre stage.

The Listed race favours Secret State (William Buick) from the quarter Godolphin and Charlie Appleby. Last year`s series winner will be tested by Phantom Flight (P. McDonald), who also has three wins to his name from last season. The form list of Belloccio (Daniel Muscutt), who finished the year here with two victories, hardly looks worse. Tyrrhenian Sea (David Egan) and Foxes Tales (Oisin Murphy) bring a special recommendation into the game. The five-year-olds are currently battling for honours in the Winter Derby (Group 3) behind Lord North, who pinned the Dubai Turf (Group 1) to his banner at Meydan a week ago. Rogue Millenium (Jack Mitchell) is Group 1 proven, but could still feel the long break, which is also true for Savvy Victory (Richard Kingscote).
