Quest The Moon with chances of winning

Compiegne, Saturday, 25 June: The fifth leg of the Défi du Galop racing series (5th race/16.20 h/60,000 Euro/2000 m), run as the Grand Prix de Compiegne, brings together nine horses at the start today at Listed level. A German success is on the horizon with Quest The Moon (Rene Piechulek), the Derby fourth-placed horse trained by Sarah Steinberg for the Salzburg stable. He currently showed his good form in Marseille, where he added a superior `Classe 1` to his flag against Shafaaf (Cristian Demuro). The Rouget protégé then won the fourth stage in Bordeaux after a fight against Caprice des Dieux (Stephane Pasquier), among others. The latter ran at the top last year, finishing second in the Prix Eugene Adam (Group 2). Salesman (Maxime Guyon) and Parchemin (Mickael Barzalona) were pleasing here three weeks ago behind a current Listed winner. Riocorvo (Gerald Mosse) is recommended as Grand Handicap winner from Longchamp.
