Listed races at Newbury and Chester

Obviously today´s cards are less exciting than those expoerienced last week at Goodwood, but there are liszted races at Nwbury and Chster as the flat highlights: At Newbury, the fillis race over 1 1/2 miles at 16.20 CET, could go to the successful team of Sir Michael Stoute and Ryan Moore with Phillipina, who looks capable of taking this rise in class. Queen of Pentacles (Jeremy Noseda/ Alan Munro) and Fallen in Love (John Dunlop/ Steve Drowne), while Si Belle (Rae Guest/ Richard Hughes), who was well beaten last time in the Langer Hamburger, looks up against it once more. Noseda also has a chance in the 6 furlongs race at 16.30 at Chester, but his Strike the Deal (Philip Robinson), though best in at the weights, is badly drawn, and preference is therefore for Doncaster Rover (Dave Brown/ Phillip Makin) and Icelandic (Frank Sheridan/ Hayley Turner), who are drawn 1 and 2, always an advantage at this tight track.
