Stately Home (Aidan O´Brien/ Johnny Murtagh) is believed to be the first ever runner for the star Irish trainer at Hamilton when he contests this evening´s listed Glasgow Stakes for 3yo´s at 20.30 CET. He is still a possible for the Derby, in which O´Brien now holds a very strong hand, and should win this evening´s race, although Popmurphy (Karl Burke/ Jim Crowley) and Parthenon (Mark Johnston/ Greg Fairley) will provide stern opposition. There is also flat racing this evening at Newcastle and on the all-weather at Dundalk, and over jumps at Aintree and Cork (Ireland), with some large and very competitive fields.
