German runners in France today

An avalanche of 25 German-trained runners descends today on Nancy, where there are 2 N.H. races and 6 flat races on the card, with the Germans strongly featuring in all the flat races. With so many runners, it is hard to say which hold the best chances, but we expect French Kiss (Norbert Sauer/ Henk Grewe) to run well in the opening 3yo claiming rac at 12.15 (please note the early start!), as well as Lavendro (Wolfgang Sonntag/ Subi) in the 2400 metres conditions race at 12.45 and Zolinas (Wolfgang Gülcher/ Eric Wehrel) in the 1950 metres handicap at 14.50
