All-weather action today

There is plenty of all-weather action today, with 8 races at each of the three meetings, Southwell this afternoon, and Dundalk (Ireland) and Kempton this evening. The most competitive racing comes from Dundalk, where there is a maximum field of 14 in every race and the main feature is the listed mile event for fillies at 21.10 CET. Autumn specialist Jalmira (Charle Swan/ Willie Lee) is the likely favourite here, have beaten several of these opponents over this CD last time out, but John Oxx´ Aga Khan-owned pair of Kalihada (Mick Kinane) and Sharleez (Fran Berry) could both be dangerous. At Kempton, Jamie Spencer could win both divisions of the 2yo maiden with Godolphin´s Yirga at 20.20 and Brian Meehan´s Hope Junior half an hour later, while the class 2 mile handicap at 21.20 could go to Commander Cave (Richard Hannon/ Ryan Moore).

Betting forecast:
1.Race: Rain Delayed - Aspectoflove - Sheba Five
2.Race: Fairy Flow - Soap Wars - Empirical Power
3.Race: Takasima - Magic Mornings - Way West
4.Race: Full Title - Nimbelle - Russian View

6.Race: Consulate - Silent Wind - Rekaab
7.Race: Thespian Star - Send Me Home - Mad Existence
8.Race: Gimli`s Treasure - Grand Aurora - The Gnathologist

At Southwell, Mozayada (Mel Brittain/ Franny Norton) can defy a 6 lbs penalty for her easy win here on Monday and take the 7 furlongs handicap at 15.15, while a last-minute change of jockey would give Steel City Boy (Ann Stokell) an obvious chance in the 5 furlongs handicap at 16.55.

2.Race: Nastrelli - Varadouro - Elusive Warrior
