more weather woes

the wet weather continues to have a negative effect on racing, especially in Ireland where Galway´s fixture today has been cancelled, as well as Tipperary tomorrow. In Britain, today´s Warwick meeting is off, and there are doubts about some meetings later in the week. However Doncaster´s St. Leger meeting, which starts today, appears to be in no danger, nor is the Curragh´s big weekend fixture, unless there is a further deterioration. The ground will obviously be on the soft side at both venues.
