More German runners at Nancy

15 German trained runners failed to make much impression yesterday at Nancy, when only one of them was even placed, but it could be a different story today. Werner Baltromei s Naxon (Dominique Boeuf) and Heinz Hesse s Langford (Stephane Pasquier), as well as Jan Pubben s Youaremysunshine (Maxme Guyon) all contest the opening tierce handicap over 1950 metres at 13.50. Half an hour later, Thanatos (Mirek Rulec/ Jean Michel Breux), Alpe d Huez (Baltromei/ Boeuf) and Sun Society (Michael Trybuhl/William Mongil) run in a 3yo race over the same distance. Then it is the turn of Warstein (Dr. Bolte/ Eduardo Pedroza) and Kazoma Kate (Manfred Weber/ Jean/Pierre Carvalho) in the 2400 metres race for 3yo maidens at 15.50. Rulec and Breux team up again with Albenga in the 3yo claiming race over 2400 metres at 16.20, and half an hour later Arkando (Trybuhl/Mongil), Lamborgino (Dieter Fechner/ Franck Foresi), Zolango (Dr. Bolte/ Pedroza) and Arlanda (Sascha Smcrzek/ Jerome Lermyte) run in a conditions race over 2400 metres, while Courthouse Steps (Fechner/ Boeuf) runs in the second division of the 1950 metres handicap at 17.20.
