Chepstow, Chester and Newbury

Flat racing this eveing at three British tracks, Chepstow, Chester and Newbury, and the 6 furlongs handicap at 21.40 CET at the Welsh track looks the hottest race of the evening. 12 runners, all with chances, and top-weight Conquest (William Haggas/ Tom Queally), who has been running against better opposition is a very tentative choice to get the better of CD winner King´s Caprice (Jonathan Geake/ Richard Thomas) and Phantom Whisper (Rod and James Millmann). Vicky Hasigh is enjoying a purple patch right now and can score again with Paraguay (Eddie Creighton), winner of 4 of his last 5 races, in the mile handicap at 20.25 at Newbury. Two races over 5 furlongs look the most competitive heats at Chester; in the conditions race for 2yos at 20.10, consistent Doughnut (Richard Hannon/ Pat Cosgrave) could be the answer, while Hamis McGonagall (Tim Easterby/ David Allan) could win the handicap at 20.45 after finishing a good second in a better race at Newcastle last time.
