Sadanori in the Quinté Handicap

Chantilly, Tuesday 13 December: With eight races to go, the sand track at Chantilly will host the next event. The `Classe-2` Quinté Handicap, run as the Prix du Jardin des Eaux Minerales (4th race/13.50 h/50,000 Euro/3200 m), will take centre stage as it often does.

Waldemar Hickst saddles Sadanori (Augustin Madamet), who runs over sand for the third time. A year ago, the Samum daughter competed in a Steher test in Deauville and came in fourth behind the winning Baden Rocks (Alexis Pouchin), who has run without exception in Quinté handicaps in recent months and even managed to win. A fortnight ago, the five-year-old expired in Deauville and came in not far behind the top five finishers. Naishan (Rosario Mangione) announced himself emphatically when finishing third at Longchamp. The gelding can win the match as well as Kapani (Axelle Nicco), Quick Flash (Ambre Molins), Always Welcome (Theo Bachelot) and Great Tonio (Alexis Roussel), who should not be missing from any consideration with their fresh winning forms.
