Sixth `GNT` stage in Laval

Laval, Wednesday 7 June: The sixth leg of the Grand National du Trot racing series (7th race/18.00/90,000 euros/2850m) stops in Laval today, where 16 competitors will compete spread over three tapes.

After the impressive performance of Horace du Goutier (Hugues Monthule) in the Saint-Brieuc leg, the road to victory will once again go through the Guarato protégé, who will meet Hip Hop Haufor (Christian Bigeon), Doux Parfum (Guillaume Gillot) and Falco Havaroche (Romain Marty) again in the same conditions. For Hip Hop Haufor, the stop in Le Croise-Laroche was a small ray of hope after a series of string results. In third place he was hardly weaker than Happy Valley (Jean-Philippe Dubois), who also finished second to Goeland d`Haufor (Damien Bonne) in the Prix Aletheia (Course A). First chances are also given to Impressionist (Eric Raffin). The Baudron five-year-old won here in April with allowance and later finished fourth in the Prix Robert Auvray (Group 2). Hidalgo des Noes (Gabriele Gelormini) is highly recommended due to his sovereign triumph in Caen.
