Exciting holiday programme at Raffelberg

Mülheim, Thursday, 08 June: The last public holiday for the time being, at least in some parts of Germany, is Corpus Christi on Thursday. Clearly, gallop races are also on the programme, but only in Mülheim an der Ruhr.

Between 1:30 pm and 5:20 pm, eight races will be held at Raffelberg. The basic sport dominates. In the 2,000-metre Equaliser III, Sancho (A. de Vries) can be expected to do well after his strong form from Iffezheim. In the 1,500 metre counterpart (6th race) Aberfoyle (A. v. d. Recke) could correct the recent form, but it might not be easy to defeat Naduah (J. Bojko), who is in constant form. A guaranteed payout of 10,000 Euros is waiting for her in the four-horse race.

In the two-year-olds over 1,300 metres, the trainer from Mülheim, Yasmin Almenräder, trusts Netto (R. Weber). Her colleague Henk Grewe has an interesting novice in Wilko (L. Delozier).
