Granvillaise Bleue the horse to beat

Paris-Vincennes, Friday, 21 April: Old familiar saddle greats will contest today`s Group 2 Prix Theophile Lallouet (5th race/18.23/120,000 euros/2700m) at Vincennes. Granvillaise Bleue (Camille Levesque) is tipped to win after placing in the Prix de Cornulier and Prix de I`Ile de France and winning the Prix Henri Desmontils (Group 3). The recently successful Etoile de Bruyere (David Thomain) in front of the sulky is hardly inferior to her and is expected to be as far in front as Hirondelle du Rib (Jean Dersoir), who finished just one length behind Granvillaise Bleue and ahead of Etoile Bruyere in the I`Ile de France. Fakir de l`Ecluse (Alexandre Abrivard) proved that he is destined for greater things when he won the Prix Vivier de Montfort (Course A) over Figaro de Larre (Benjamin Rochard).
