Three-year-olds in the Prix Maurice de Gheest

Paris-Vincennes, Saturday, 7 January: The 2019 vintage is coming more and more to the fore. Today, the Prix Maurice de Gheest (6th race/16.25/120,000 Euro/2175 m) is on the schedule. Without exception, three-year-old stallions are addressed. Judging by the result in the Prix Emmanuel Margouty (Group 2), the path to victory leads via Kamehameha (Eric Raffin), who had a clear advantage over Koctel du Dain (David Thomain) on 17 December and thus wrapped up his fourth victory at his eighth lifetime start. The underdog had previously celebrated a commanding success in the Prix des Dhalias (Course B). Eminem Font (Marco Stefani) has so far shown his ability in Sweden and Italy, where he finished second in the Gran Premio Allevatori Mipaaf and the Swedish Breeders Crown respectively. Canada (Theo Duvaldestin) is declining in form, but has already shown remarkable things. Karlito (Jean-Michel Bazire) recently recommended himself for better tasks with a third place in `Course A`. Ernesto Roc (Filippo Rocca) should be paid attention to on his French debut.
