Have Dancer in the Grand Prix

Le Croise-Laroche, Sunday, November 6: The six-horse Grand Prix de la Ville de Marcq-en-Baroeul (3rd race/17.17 pm/38,000 euros/1800 m) marks the highlight of today`s eight-race event at Le Croise-Laroche. The `Classe 1` category test could move to Germany as Marian-Falk Weissmeier saddles Stall Picadilly`s Have Dancer (Koen Clijmans), the current winner of a 70,000 euro Quinté test on `Arc de Triomphe` day. The five-year-old also won a similar match in Deauville in August as a big outsider. Have Dancer will be helped by Kabir (Clement Lecoeuvre), who is trained by Waldemar Hicks for Guido Schmitt. Like Have Dancer, the gelding last ran in Longchamp, where he was able to defend third place in a handicap two lengths behind the winner. Markus Münch`s Phaidra (Rosario Mangione) continued her upward trend in the province. She won completely confidently in low class. The Charmer (Gerald Mosse) deserves a note as the August handicap winner in Compiegne against Now We Know (Sebastien Maillot), among others. Twist (Augustin Madamet) could not build on the two victories achieved in the first half on the sand track. Today should be more in it again.
