Calif and Anonymous in Chantilly

Chantilly, Wednesday, 2 November: Eight races are taking place at the Fibersand track in Chantilly today. The three-year-old comparison Prix des Dix Cors (4th race/14.25 pm/35,000 Euro/1900 m) catches the eye, as two German horses are involved with first chances.

Sarah Steinberg is saddling Anonymous (Rene Piechulek), who recently finished fourth in Baden-Baden, for the Salzburg stable. The Siyouni son has competed twice in France so far. In Dieppe he finished fourth, before that he was only sixth in Lyon. Peter Schiergen will bring Stall Hanses Calif (Bauyrzhan Murzabayev) to the start. This is the third start in the French neighbouring country for the black-brown rider. His best result was fourth place in Longchamp, where he also ran in the Poule D`Essai Des Poulains (Group 1) and only finished eleventh. The strong-form Valiabad (Stephane Pasquier) has to be beaten. He currently contested a similar event and was not far beaten for the win. Aigle Vaillant (Marie Velon) takes it a little easier after four List appearances in a row with a low yield. Suyian (Clement Lecoeuvre) finished well behind the leaders at Longchamp, she could benefit from the mares weight. Gamechanger (Mickael Barzalona) only saw his opponents from behind in the Prix Sanctus (Classe 2), it doesn`t look easier this time.
