Task for Schlenderhan in the Prix Coronation

Saint-Cloud, Friday, 23 September: The Prix Coronation (6th race/16.35 h/55,000 Euro/1600 m) is aimed at three-year-old mares in Saint-Cloud today. Michael Figge will travel from Munich and saddle La Estrellita (Gavin Ashton), who recently came second in the Baden-Baden Cup (Listed race), with good chances.

She has to beat first and foremost Life In Motion (Mickael Barzalona), who ran strongly in the Prix de Sandringham (Group 2). In second place, the Fabre mare was clearly better than Indian Wish (Stephane Pasquier) and Hot Queen (Maxime Guyon), who showed decent performances in the midfield. Ataared (Cristian Demuro) will find a large following as the winner of a similar fixture in Tarbes against Chili Flag (Anthony Crastus), among others. Abhayaa (Eddy Hardouin) did not play a role in the Prize of Diana (Group 1) in Düsseldorf, but meets it easier here. Task (Augustin Madamet), who runs for Gestüt Schlenderhan and was last fifth in Longchamp, and Soldanelle (Aurelien Lemaitre) can be expected to surprise.
