Woodstone after France triple now in Dresden?

Dresden, Sunday, 7 August: The first of nine races at Sunday`s event in Dresden will be run at 10.50 am. The race day will be dominated by the bwin Summer Prize at List level. The terrific stable form of Anna Schleusner-Fruhriep speaks in favour of Nastaria (Miguel Lopez), who has just won in Bad Harzburg, in this 6th race at 1.23 pm. A three-time winner in France, Stefan Richter`s Woodstone (Hugo Besnier) comes to the run-off. There is no better form. Also to be mentioned are Ravensberger Wiesentau (Michal Abik) as well as Schlenderhaner Aguirre. Both should be able to compete at this level.

The main event will be framed by eight races for the basic sport. Two Equalisation III races will be held. In the race over 1,400 metres (4th race, 12.20 p.m.) there is no way around Lexi`s Dream (Miguel Lopez). The mare from the stable of Christian Sprengel has now been second three times in a row and seems to be overdue for a hit. In the introductory Equalisation III over 2,100 metres, all eyes will be on Good Lord (Miguel Lopez), whom Marcel Weiß led to victory right from his lifetime debut and for whom it is now a matter of keeping the clean slate. The winless race of the three-year-olds (8th race, 2.30 p.m.) is also interesting, whereby Saldenlady (Lilli-Marie Engels) is most likely to lose her winless status after her second place in Hamburg.
