Antharis in the Prix de Saint-Patrick

Chantilly, Saturday, July 2: The second Listed race of today`s eight-test event at Chantilly, the Prix de Saint-Patrick (3rd race/18.00/55,000 Euro/1600 m), is aimed at three-year-old stallions/geldings. German chances are represented by Antharis (Anthony Crastus), trained by Andreas Suborics. The fresh `Classe-1` winner from Compiegne will primarily be up against Facteur Cheval (Gerald Mosse), who is unbeaten in three appearances. Dreamflight (Olivier Peslier) stands out a bit by class, but the Fabre charge carries four pounds more weight than the rest. Currently running at Group 3 level, the Frankel son has always been up front. One O`clock Jump (Stephane Pasquier) and Mirsky (Maxime Guyon) are proven winners and could conceivably be in the front end at any time. Westminster Night (Clement Lecoeuvre) does not have more than an outside chance, judging by the disastrous performance in the Prix de Fontainebleau (Group 3).
