Sangria Pellini in the Breeders Crown qualifier

Halmstad, Monday 23 May: Four heats for the Swedish Breeders Crown will take place tonight in Halmstad, where in the Breeders Crown Fyraariga Ston (9th race/21.15 pm/238,500 SKr./2140 m) the Michael Nimczyk-prepared Sangria Pellini will try to get a final ticket. The mare has won four races in Sweden this year. Her last triumph here was eleven days ago over the short track as the top favourite.

The Chocolatier daughter has a lot of opponents in her way. Readly`s Dream (Peter Untersteiner) will find a large following as track winner of the STL Diamantstoet over Cheri Cheri Lady (Kevin Oscarsson) and Al`s Boozy Suzy (Peter Ingves), among others. Glorius Rain (Johan Untersteiner) did not fully convince in Solvalla when finishing fourth, but ended clearly ahead of Cheri Cheri Lady and Carroty (Torbjörn Jansson), who won three in a row in the spring. Red Lady Express (Björn Goop) stands out by class, but the E3 Final winner has not yet made an appearance in two appearances this year. Nova Mahiron (Thomas Mahiron) pleased in Jägersro with an easy win over the favourite.
