Stayer in the Prix Right-Royal

Chantilly, Wednesday 6 April: The highlight of today`s eight-race event at Chantilly is the Prix Right-Royal (6th race/18.45/52,000 Euro/3000m), which is part of the Listed class.

Darzan (Christophe Soumillon), victorious in his last start in Deauville, is in high demand, but the four-year-old trained by Mikel Delzangles faces strong competition. Joie de Soir (Augustin Madamet) and Lubiane (Marie Velon), who were placed in the Prix Belle de Nuit (Group 3), and Palus Argenteus (Anthony Crastus) and Castle (Maxime Guyon), who were placed first in the Grand Prix du Department (Listed race), will also be in with a good chance. Tangut (Hugo Journiac), who finished a good second in Rome before the break, changed hands for 640,000 euros last year and now runs for Georg von Opel. Call The Wind (Olivier Peslier) and Karlstad (Mickael Barzalona) finished under value in the Prix du Cadran (Group 1), they should not go unnoticed. Brokeback Mountain (Gregory Benoist) should also not be judged by his recent run.
