Group races at Sandown

There is plenty of racing in the U.K. today with a strong card at Sndown, featuring two group races. The bet365 Mile at 15.45 CET could well go to the Richard Hannon stable, which has two runners, the penalised Libranno (Kieren Fallon) and top-rated Trumpet Major (Richard Hughes) The latter is obviously the main hope, but we also like Hihland Knight (Andrew Balding/ David Probert), who won the Oettingen-Rennen at Baden -Baden last summer. He normally makes the running and should be ideally suited by this track. The Classic Trial over 10 furlongs half an hour later has 3 Irish runners in the field of 7 - Eye of the Storm (Aidan O´Brien/ Ryan Moore), Galileo Rock (David Wachman/ Wayne Lordan) and Sugar Boy (Paddy Prendergast/ Chris Hayes). O´Brien is vcarrying all before him in the Irish 3yo races, but Eye of the Storm does not appear to be one of his leading Derby hopes and it is possible that Sugar Boy, runner-up to one of the O´Brien stars last time, will come out on top to day.

Betting forecast:
1. Race: Riskit Fora Biskit - Barracuda Boy - Equitania
2. Race: Fehaydi - Red Avenger - Yarroom
3. Race: Farraaj - Trumpet Major - Stand My Ground
4. Race: Sugar Boy - Fantastic Moon - Al Waab

5. Race: Mujazif - Queensberry Rules - Jalaa
6. Race: Cushion - Regal Silk - Auld Alliance
7. Race: Blue Jack - Clear Praise - Alpha Delta Whisky
