4 all-weather meetings today

Today´s jumps fixtures (Doncaster and Huntingdon) have long been abandoned, but there is still plenty of all-weather racing, with Lingfield this afternoon and Wolverhampton and Dundalk (Ireland) this evening - all at a very low level-, but easily the most interesting racing comes from the additional "jumpers bumpers" meeting this afternoon at Kempton (see next story). Tomorrow´s jumps racing at Doncaster and Uttoxeter have already been called off, but hopes are high that the top-class Cheltenham fixture, the Festival Trials day, can go ahead; if not, there are contingency plans for the whole card to be staged on Sunday, but at the time of writing Saturday looks more likely. There should be no problems with the big Irish weekend meeting at Leopardstown, but the U.K. meeting on Sunday at Sedgefield has been abandoned, while Fontwell also looks doubtful.
