All-weather racing at Southwell and Kempton

Two low-level all-weather meetings today and by far the most interesting feature is that Ryan Moore, last seen winning million dollar races in Japan and Hong Kong, is at Kempton to ride two horses for his father Gary. Both of his mounts Quality Art in the 5 furlongs maiden at 15.30 CET and Al Amaan in the 1 1/2 mile handicap at 17.30 have a winning chance, although the latter must reverse recent form with Kiss a Prince (Dean Ivory/ Adam Kirby), while top-weight Hatton Flight (Andrew Balding/ David Probert) and improving Cozy Tiger (Willie Musson/ Jamie Mackay) coiuld also be dangerous. Gary Moore can also be on the scoresheet at Southwell, where course specialist McConnell (George Baker) can win the mile handicap at 15.10, while Les Verguettes (Stef Higgins/ Micky Fenton), runner-up 3 times in her 5 career starts so far, can finally get off the mark in the fillies maiden at 14.10
