Another blank day

Once again there is no racing in Britain and Ireland today. The jumps fixtures at Ffos Las, Taunton and Punchestown (Ireland) were already called off yesterday, while the all-weather meeting at Wolverhampton has been abandoned after an early morning inspection because of a frozen track. With the bad weather continuing, the chances of any jumps racing before Christmas now looks extremely remote.

However there should be no more problems with the all-weather meetings (we hope!) There is in any case a 3 day break for Christmas (Dec. 23, 24 and 25) whch is probably just as well, before racing resumes (again, we hope!) with a huge programme on Boxing Day.
