rest of the Curragh

the remaining 7 races at the Curragh are also highly interesting and very competitive. The Group Two Railway Stakes for 2yo´s over 6 furlongs at 16.15 is one of the best juvenile races to be run so far this year. Aidan O´Brien saddles only one runner here, Samuel Morse (Johnny Murtagh), who finished fourth in the Coventry at Royal Ascot. Chilworth Lad and Oor Jock also ran at Ascot but need to improve on the form they showed there. High Award and Clondinnery are both easy listed winners last time out, while Formosina and Longhunter are now moving up in grade after a very easy maiden win. More spice is added to the mix by the debutant Glor Na Mara, whose trainer Jim Bolger certainly knows the time of day with two-year-olds.
