Hamilton, Leicester and Tipperary (Ireland) this evening

Frankie Dettori travels north to Scotland this evening for just two rides at Hamilton, and the tip should be taken. He partners Yamal for Saeed bin Suroor in the mile conditions race at 21.00 CET. Yamal has not been seen out since finishing a close third to Premio Loco (twice a Group Two winner in Germany since) in a listed race at Goodwood 13 months ago, and that form should be good enough, even though the unbeaten Inqaath (Sir Michael Stoute/ Richard Hills) could be troublesome. Frankie´s other mount Cockney for trainer Mark Johnston in the 9 furlongs maiden at 21.30, has been runner-up on both his starts so far, last time over this CD at 5-1 on!

Most interesting event at Leicester this evening is the 7 furlongs handicap for 3yo fillies at 21.10. Some useful fillies engaged here, including top-weight Maid in Heaven (Walter Swinburn/ Shane Kelly), a CD winner last time, Love Match (Roger Charlton/ Steve Drowne), a winner at Newbury last time, and Copper Penny (David Lanigan/ Ted Durcan), an easy Beverley winner. The last-named meets better opposition now but is still our tip.

In Ireland, John Oxx and his stable jockey Fran Berry can score with both their runners at Tipperary - Julie´s Jet in the fillies race at 20.50 and Zanoubiya in the 1 1/2 mile maiden at 21.20.
