4 jumps meetings today

There is N.H. racing this afternoon at Kelso, and this evening at Worcester and Sedgefield, as well as an Irish meeting at Sligo, where there are 5 races over hurdles and two bumpers with the usual huge fields. Most interesting runner here could be Dilshaan´s Prize (Noel Meade/ Paul Carberry), a useful handicapper on the flat, who makes his hurdles debut at 19.10 CET.

At Kelso Mick Easterby´s Diavoleria (Denis O´Regan) can make the most of the weight she receives from her main rivals and take the novice chase at 15.45. A very interesting newcomer here is Waldvogel (Nicky Richards/ Sam Thomas), out of the top German mare Wurftaube. Trained on the flat by Luca Cumani, she did not really come up to expectations, but could win at the first of time of asking over the sticks at 17.30.

At Worcester, we hope to see Baddam (Ian Williams/ Dougie Costello)bring about a change of luck for his owner and win the beginners chase at 19.50. A Royal Ascot winner on the flat (quite a long time ago) he has won twice here over hurdles.

At Sedgefield, Barrel of Fun (Jim Best/ Johnny Farrelly) has a double penalty to carry in the opening novice hurdle at 19.30 but could still be good enough, while another penalised runner My Condor (Donald McCain/ John Kington) can defy top weight in the handicap chase at 21.30.
