Kempton (N.H.), Plumpton (N.H.) and Wolverhampton (a.w.)

Kempton´s jumps card today is quite good for a Monday, with some of the top stables fielding runners, notably Nicky Henderson and Paul Nicholls. Nicholls can start off by winning the novice hurdle at 14.20 CET with Like Minded (Ruby Walsh), a decent bumper makng his debut over the sticks, and has another good chance with Pasco (Walsh) in the graduation chase at 16.05, where Henderson´s Duc de Regniere (Barry Geraghty) is the obvious danger. The lightly-weighted Special Occasion (Nicholls/ Walsh) and German-bred Fairyland (Henderson/ Geraghty) both have chances in the 2 mile 5 furlongs handicap hurdle at 15.30, the best betting race of the day, but Emma Lavelle´s Bouggler (Jack Doyle) is our favourite here. The card at Plumpton is lower grade, but Emma Lavelle can score here as well, with Mayberry (Aidan Coleman) in the mares novice hurdle at 14.45. Bottom-weight Crystal Prince (Charlie Longsdon/ Tom Scudamore) should run well in the handicap hurdle here at 17.00. The two top apprentices Freddie Tylicki and David Probert are in action at Wolverhampton, nut neither has very promising rides, so it could still be 67-65 for Tylicki at the end of the day; the title race ends this Saturday. Michael Hills has good prospects of winning the two maiden races for 2yo´s here with Music Maestro, for his father Barry at 15.05, and Excellent Thought for William Haggas at 17.20.
