All-weather racing at Lingfield and Wolverhampton

Saeed bin Suroor, who is ending the season with a tremendous run, can chalk up more winners on the all-weather today. At Lingfield he saddles Con Artist in the 2yo maiden at 14.00 CET, Black Eagle in the main event, a 10 furlongs handicap, at 15.30 and Global City in a 6 furlongs conditions race at 16.05. All 3 have good chances and will be partnered by Ted Durcan, who then moves on to Wolverhamptons evening meeting to ride Huroof in the 2yo maiden fillies race at 18.50 and the debutant Willing Foe (accompanied by stable companion Powerful Melody with Dane O´Neill) in the 2yo maiden at 20.50. They also team up with the consistent Samaaha in the 2 mile handicap at 21.50 and look certain to start favourite here; but this is a tricky race, and we like the look of Irish raider Genari (Gordon Elliott/ Robert Winston), who has not run on the flat for 2 years, but is in good form over hurdles and won at Ludlow just 2 days ago.
