This evening at Dundalk and Wolverhampton

Two meetings this evening under floodlights, at Dundalk in Ireland and at Wolverhampton. The better card is at Dundalk, where Johnny Murtagh and Pat Smullen, fighting it out for the Irish jockeys´ championship, are in action. They can dominate the finish to the 2yo fillies maiden at 20.30 CET on Crazyforlovingyou (David Wachman/ Murtagh) and Lisselan Grace (Dermot Weld/ Smullen) and again in the 10 furlongs conditions race at 22.00 on Augustusthestrong (Aidan O´Brien/ Murtagh) and Maziona (Weld/ Smullen). The best race here is the 2yo handicap at 20,00. Veteran trainer Kevin Prendergast has his juveniles in good form and can take this with Qubool (Chris Hayes). The best betting race of the evening is the 5 furlongs handicap at 19.50 at Wolverhampton. As always these sprints are very tricky; our short list includes CD specialist Almaty Express (John Weymes/ Darryll Holland), top-weight Little Pete (Andrew Balding/ Liam Keniry) and consistent Feeling Foxy (James Given/ Tom Qu eally). Sir Mark Prescott keeps sending out winners and can continue here with Veiled (Rosie Jessop) in the concluding stayers handicap at 22.20, who can score his 4th win in 5 starts at the main expense of Jadalee (Ger Butler( Kieren Fallon).
