German runners at Deauville

No fewer than 14 German-trained runners in Deauville today. Al Batal (Werner Baltrpmei/ Dominique Boeuf) and Three French Hens (Mario Hofer/ Gerald Mosse) start the ball rolling in the race for 3yo maidens over 1900 metres PFS at 15.08, followed by Derek (Hans Blume/ Maxime Guyon), Nareoin (Baltromei/ Boeuf) and Indomito in a better race for 3yo´s over 1100 metres at 15.40. In a claiming race for 3yo´s over 1500 metres PSF for young jockeys at 16.15, First Lilly (Hofer/ Mikael Forest) and All Royals (Norbert Sauer/Jerome Claudic) are engaged, while Napata (Markus Klug/ Johan Victoire), Quadraga (Blume/ Guyon) and White Bull (Baltromei/ Boeuf) all run in the 2000 metres handicap at 16.45. Finally, Vaccaria (Waldemar Hickst/ Frankie Leroy), Feurball (Sauer/ Teddy Richer), Herbstgold (Robin Schoof/ Kim Donker), Orlik (Christian von der Recke/ Delphine Santiago) and Kiss and Run (Reiner Krapp/ Carina Fey) run in another claimer for young jockeys over 1900 metres PSF at 17.15.
