All-weather action this evening

Great Leighs stages 6 races this evening and the most interesting runner from the German point of view is Gary Moore´s Artreju (George Baker), who runs in the class 5 handicap over 10 furlongs ar 21.20 CET. On his old German form he is very well handicapped, but his British performances so far have not been so inspiring and he is now coming off a 4 month break. Otherwise only the 2yo maiden which opens proceedings at 19.50 is worth a mention. Poyle Meg (Ralph Beckett/ Jim Crowley) has already run some decent races, while Wedding List (William Haggas/ Michael Hills) was a good runner-up over this CD 12 days ago, but Sir Michael Stoute´s Tahfeez (Martin Dwyer) is expected to show considerable improvement on his debut performance this time.
