German runners at Longchamp

There are no German runners in the main event at Longchamp today, a listed race for 2yo´s over 1000 metres at 14.50, but there are Germans engaged in all the other 7 races, several with good chances. Werner Baltromei starts the ball rolling with runners in the first 3 races, all partnered by Dominique Boeuf: Alcor in the claiming race for 2yo´s at 13.20, Naxon in the tiercé handicap over 2100 metres at 13.50 and Earl of Fire in the mile race for 3yo´s at 14.20. There are three German-trained runners in the claiming race for 3yo´s at 15.20, The Dieter Fachner-trained pair of Princess d´Etreham (William Mongil) and Pittoresca (Franck Blondel) and Isily (Andreas Löwe/ Christophe Soumillon).
