Final day at Tralee?

This could be the last day´s racing ever at Tralee as the Ballybeggan track has been sold to developers, although so far they have not received permission to put their plans into action. Today´s racing is all on the flat and the main feature is the 1 1/2 mile handicap at 19.05 CET, in which Perfect Reward (Erc and E.J.McNamara), Eagles Pass (PJ O´Mara/ Paul Townend) and Kitty Hawk Miss (Jim Bolger/ Kevin Manning) are three likely contenders. Bolger and Manning should also go close with Scandal Sheet in a valuable fillies´ nursery at 17.35; she was a very easy winner at Gowran Park on Saturday and has only a 5 lbs penalty. The Aga Khan´s Aliyfa (John Oxx/ Mick Kinane) looks the main danger.
