Racing in Ireland today at Galway with a late afternoon start and 3 flat races and 4 N.H. events on the card. Main event is the listed race over 1 1/2 miles at 18.25 CET. Ghimaar (Dermot Weld/ Pat Smullen) is moving up in grade after easily winning a handicap this CD a month ago. However the stable suffered a couple of disappointments yesterday at Leopardstown, while Jim Bolger and Kevin Manning combined to win the two Group Ones, so their representative Via Galileo has to be feared, while Aidan O´Brien´s Honoria (Seamus Heffernan) and John Oxx´ Zafayra (Mick Kinane) also have a chance. The race for 3- and 4yo maidens over 1 1/2 miles at 17.55 has a maximum field of 18 and includes some well-bred runners from top stables, including 4 trained by John Oxx. However Aidan O Brien´s Love to Dance (Heffernan) looks the one to beat. Best race over jumps is the novice chase at 18.55, which should go to Jessica Harrington`s Dreamy Gent (Andrew Leigh), who has run well at this track.
