Two Irish meetings today, with an all-flat card at Cork and a mixed meeting at Tramore. Two interesting German pedigrees at Cork are Scarlet O´Hara (Dermot Weld/ Pat Smullen), likely favourite in the opening 7 furlongs maiden at 17.10 and Poppyfield (Harry Rogers/ Chris Hayes) in a mile conditions race at 18.10. The former is a daughter of Sadler´s Wells out of Agnetha, an own sister to top German srinter Areion and an expensive BBAG yearling purchase, while the latter is a half-brother to this years German 2,000 Guineas winner Precious Boy. At Tramore, the Aga Khan´s Rayina (John Oxx/ Fran Berry) can win the 1 1/2 mile maiden at 15.55, while the 2 mile flat handicap at 17.00 looks very open. All Heart (Tom Mullins/ DMGrant) has won both o the flat and over fences recently and relishes heavy going, so is an obvious candidate, but Princess Nicole (Michael Grassick/ Rory Cleary), also a winning hurdler and runner-up recently in a decent handicap on the flat, rates a big danger
