German runners at Deauville

the Deauville meeting continues today, but with no real highlights. Once again there are several German-trained runners. Probaböly the best German chance of thre day is Mario Hofer´s Laokoon (Andreas Suborics) who runs in a conditions race for 3yo´s over 1300 metres at 15.05. Horst Steinmetz has entered two 3yo´s both owned by Stall Nizza in the claiming race over 1600 metres at 15.40: Bedford Hope (Davy Bonilla) and Berlinale (Dominique Boeuf). Werner Baltromei runs Omasheriff (Jean-Michel Breux) in a race for young jockeys over 1300 metres on the fibresand track at 16.45. There is also trotting this afternoon at Vincennes
