German runners at Maisons-Laffitte

Several German runners try their luck at Maisons-Laffitte this afternoon, where there is a massive card of 9 races. Norbert Sauer´s Matchpoint (Davy Bonilla) starts the ball rolling when he contests the opening race at 13.50 CET, a tiercé handicap over 6 furlongs. This is a very tough race, but Matchpoint, who won twice in the winter on the fibresand track at Deauville and is racing off the same mark, has an each-way chance.
