Jockeys flying back to Ireland

The other significant race today is the Group Three Blue Wind Stakes for fillies over 10 furlongs this evening at Naas, and Declan McDonogh, Kevin Manning and Johnny Murtagh - all riding at York this afternoon- fly back home to ride here, and in some cases back to York again tomorrow. McDonogh rides the unbeaten Marjalina, also an Oaks hope, for Kevin Prendergast, while Murtagh partners Aidan O´Brien´s Adored and Manning Jim Bolger´s AllIcansayiswow. These fillies are all three-year-olds, but the older fillies in the field, Profound Beauty (Dermot Weld/ Pat Smullen) and Arkadina (David Wachman/ Waymne Lordan) also have possibilities, especially the former, who was fifth in last year´s Irish Oaks and can benefit from Weld´s good stable form.
