N.H.racing at Bangor, Newbury and Stratford

easily the best of today´s N.H. racing comes from Newbury, where both the two main event are restricted to novice mares. The handicap chase over 2 3/4 miles at 15.55 CET has attracted 17 runners and the handicap hurdle at 16.25 18. Both races look wide open; French-trained Souri des Champs, Theatre Diva and La Grande Villez are possibilities for the former race, and Jaunty Flight, Castlecrossings, Jaunty Flight and Romping Home should make the short list for the latter. At Stratford, German-bred Tacinja can take the handicap chase at 17.30 and make up for a narrow defeat last weeked.
