The rest of the Epsom card is also extremely attractive with some very competitve races. The Group Three Princess Eizabeth Stakes for fillies and mares over an extended mile at ^5.40 CET could well go to France, as Jean-Claude Rouget´s Cicerole (Christophe Lemaire) is very consistent and her form looks better than that of the home division, who are headed by Baharah (Gerard Butler/ Eddie Ahern). The listed Woodcote Stakes over 6 furlongs at 15.10 is usually won by a smart 2yo. The unbeaten Able Master (Brian Smart/ Paul Mulrennan) is possibly the best horse in the race, but will not fund it easy to concede 5 lbs to Smokey Storm (Willie Jarvis/ Alan Munro) and Full of Nauture (Kevin Ryan/ Neil Callan). The handicaps all have big fields and look very difficult, especially the notorious "Dash" over 5 furlongs at 16.15. With 20 runners, luck will play a major part here. especially as the jockeys will all be scrambling for a position on the favoured stands rail. Horses drawn in sungle figures willbe at a disadvantage here, so that Hogmaneigh (Steve Williams/ Saleem Golam), last year´s winner and drawn 17, has an obvuous chance of repeating his 2007 success. The opening 10 furlogs handicap for 3yo´s could go to Ryan Moore´s mount Conduit, who looks a typical Sir Michael Stoute improver. The handicap for older horses over 1 1/2 miles at 17.45 is wide open, with several runners having been running over hurdles recently, such as Philip Hobbs´ Bureaucrat (Jamie Spencer), Gary Moore´s Wingman (Tadge O´Shea) and Venetia Williams´ Misty Dancer (William Buick), a course specialist who was runner-up here last year.
