Elite horses in the Hansa Prize

Hamburg, Saturday, 01 July: July starts and the Derby week in Hamburg enters its very hot final phase on Saturday. Because already the day before the Blue Ribbon attracts with great sport. In the Grand Hansa Prize (Group II, 70,000 Euros, 2,400 m) some of the best older German racehorses will compete.

The best current recommendation is brought by Northern Ruler (E. Pedroza) as winner of the Baden-Baden Grand Prix, when Assistent (T. Hammer-Hansen) and Derby winner Sammarco (A. de Vries) disappointed as strongly bet horses. Sisfahan (L. Delozier) also already won the Derby (2021). And Aff un zo (A. Starke) is especially proven over long distances.

Between 10:50 a.m. and 4:50 p.m., a total of twelve races are on the card, with an Equalisation I over 2,200 metres standing out. Several strongly improved horses will be competing here, such as Akua`rius (A. de Vries), Only the Brave (K. Phillip) or Autumn (S. Vogt). 10,000 Euros each will be offered in the four-horse bets of the 7th race (Equalisation II, 1,200 m) and the 12th race (Equalisation II, 1,600 m).
