Strong English in the Prix Ronde de Nuit

Chantilly, Tuesday, 21 March: The Prix Ronde de Nuit (5th race/16.10 h/55,000 Euro/1100 m) is aimed at three-year-old horses in Chantilly today. The Listed race is run on the straight track over grass.

A participant who is used to winning is Proverb (Mickael Barzalona) from the stable of George Boughey. The stallion, who is travelling from England, recently won a Listed race in Longchamp against Lady Hamana (Clifford Lee), among others, who already got a taste of Group 2 air in the Flying Childers Stakes. Proverb is supported by Perdika (Maxime Guyon), who finished second in the Dubai Racing Carnival at Meydan. Other guests from the island are Michaela`s Boy (Jason Hart), Rogue Lightning (Jack Mitchell) and Love Affairs (Tony Piccone). Kokachin (Cristian Demuro) pleased in the placing at List level last year. After a disappointing run in the Prix d`Arenberg, the mare was ordered to rest. Whistle And Flute (Hugo Journiac) showed a remarkable performance here under new management, but will have to confirm this over Turf. The same applies to I Am Incredible (Aurelien Lemaitre), who recently fought for victory with the favourite in a dirt test in Deauville.
