Mares in the Prix Sytaj

Auteuil, Saturday, 19 November: The highlight of today`s steeplechase event in Auteuil is the Group 3 Prix Sytaj (7th race/15.50 h/125,000 Euro/4400 m). Four- and five-year-old fillies contest the chase race and Let Me Love (Thomas Beaurain) is considered the favourite.

Trained by William Menuet, the Authorised daughter carries a maximum weight of 72 kilos, 16 pounds more than Innovation (Alain de Chitray), Idylle d`Ainay (Geoffrey Re) and Irish Chanel (Gaetan Masure), who have good chances due to their low mark. Astadame (Pierre Dubourg), recently fell short of expectations in the Grand Steeple-Chase de Compiegne (Group 2) when fifth, but should do better again here. At the same venue, Kolina Has (Angelo Zuliani) had a small sense of achievement in second place in the Prix The Stomp (Listed race), after she had not finished above midfield here in the Prix La Barka (Group 2). Ma Beaute (Ludovic Philipperon) was currently rehearsing over hurdles and was third.
