Youngsters at Group 3 level

Leopardstown, Thursday 21 July: Separated by sex, two Group 3 races for the youngest active yearling will be run at Leopardstown today.

In the fillies` Silver Flash Stakes (2nd race/19.00/50,000 Euro/1400m), Never Ending Story (Ryan Moore) and Zarinsk (Colin Keane), who won at the Curragh, are riding high. The latter finished a good fourth last time out at Group 2 level ahead of It`s Showtime Baby (Shane Foley). Zoinnocent (Shane Crosse) is also expected to finish well ahead as the conqueror of La Dolce Vita (Gavin Ryan) at Gowran Park. With Love (Seamie Heffernan) could do no better than win at Leopardstown.

The Tyros Stakes (3rd race/19.30/50,000 euros/1400m) could be an affair for Age Of Kings (Ryan Moore), whose fourth-place finish in the Railway Stakes (Group 2) pleased well. Pearling Path (David Egan) continued his upward trend with second in the Chesham Stakes (Listed race) and is in contention for the top places with Hellsing (Colin Keane), Proud And Regal (Gavin Ryan) and Voce Del Palio (Declan McDonogh), who have also already been successful.
