Grand National du Trot in Cabourg

Cabourg, Friday, July 15: The eighth leg of the Grand National du Trot (2nd race/19.33 h/90,000 euros/2725 m) will be run today in Cabourg and will appeal to horses that have already taken part in a race this year. Hanna des Molles (Alexandre Abrivard) acted in three attempts so far not quite happy. In Châteaubriant she made it to second place, but then two gallops followed. The mare should have a say in the victory if it goes smoothly, but must not allow herself a misstep against Elvis du Vallon (David Thomain), who recently attracted attention with a strong performance in Vincennes as fourth despite allowance. Farah des Caux (Benjamin Rochard), Django du Bocage (Yoann Lebourgeois) and Eire d`Helios (Francois Lagadeuc), who remained among themselves at the first stage, are also first choice. Crack Money (Cedric Terry) knew how to please in the Prix de New York (Course A) when third, well ahead of Freyja du Pont (Nicolas Bazire) and Digne et Droit (Tony Le Beller), among others, and is by no means just looking for a little place money. Girolamo (Antoine Lherete) keeps running to the front and could provide the surprise.
