Brewin`upastorm the favorite at Fontwell

Fontwell, Sunday, February 27: Six horses will contest the Group 2 National Spirit Hurdle (3rd race/15.50pm/£90,000/3870m) at Fontwell today. Brewin`upastorm (Aidan Coleman), who showed up last year, did everything right on his last appearance at Lingfield, defeating one of his rivals today in Darver Star (Keith Donoghue). The latter won a hurdle race by a superior 20 lengths at Punchestown prior to that. Monmiral (Harry Cobden) didn`t hit everything right in the Fighting Fifth Hurdle (Group 1) but still drew off respectably when fifth. He won two in a row last season. Allmankind (Harry Skelton) honed his skills for the big tasks ahead in the Petersborough Chase (Group 2). Guard Your Dreams (Jordan Nailor) and Botox Has (Joshua Moore) finish mostly placed but are outsiders in strong company.
