the other main meeting is at Kempton where the listed handicap hurdle over 2 miles 5 furlongs is the big race. With 18 runners this looks really tricky and the top-weights dominate the betting. Nicky Henderson has two fancied runners Bear´s Affair (Jerry McGrath) and Oscara Dara ( Barry Geraghty), both of whom should run well. Bear´s Affair is still unbeaten over sticks, but is now on a very high rating. This race is so wide open that we have decided to pick 3 longshots, all of whom have recently run disappointingly but as a result are all well handicapped on their old form: Topolski (David Arbuthnot/ Tom Cannon), Secret Edge (Alan King/ Peter Hatton) and Sirkozy (Gary and Jamie Moore). This is of course highly speculative, biut could possibly be rewarding. Another last time flop we like is Brackloon High (Noel Chance/ Nico de Bloinville), who got bogged down in the mud when a beaten favourite here last time. With this very good amateur in the saddle he deserves another chanc e. Nicky Henderson has another potentially smart hurdler with Forgotten Voice, who has top weight at 16.50; he is unbeaten in two starts and with the good claimer McGrath in the saddle could well complete his hat-trick. Laterly (Steve Gollings/ Paul Bohan- another good claimer) won very easily at Leicester last time and could be the danger; he has a nice German pedigree, another point in his favour in our eyes.
