Wincanton abandoned

today´s N.H. meeting at Wincanton has been abandoned, leving the flat fixture at Folkestone and the jumps meeting at Ludlow as the only racing today in Britain and Ireland. With the bad weather expected to continue, it is highly likely that some of the fixtures over the Easter weekend will also be lost, in fact Newton Abbot´s Saturday fixture has already been called off.
